2 oz. Round Barn Salted Caramel Cream
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
5 tbsp. confectioners sugar, divided
Using a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or a hand mixer in a medium bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar, heavy cream, and Salted Caramel Cream until stiff peaks form, for about 5 minutes.
Add the additional 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar to the mixture and continue to mix for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 1 day.
