Salted Caramel Whipped Cream

Fluffy, rich, and creamy Salted Caramel Whipped Cream is the perfect dessert topping for any occasion. Made with Round Barn's Salted Caramel Cream, you can whip this up in less than 5 minutes.


2 oz. Round Barn Salted Caramel Cream
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
5 tbsp. confectioners sugar, divided


  1. Using a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or a hand mixer in a medium bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar, heavy cream, and Salted Caramel Cream until stiff peaks form, for about 5 minutes.

  1. Add the additional 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar to the mixture and continue to mix for another 3 to 4 minutes.

  1. Store covered in the fridge for up to 1 day.
