2 oz. Round Barn's Baroda Bourbon
1 oz. lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Top with Tabor Hill's Syrah
To make simple syrup, combine equal parts of white sugar and hot water until mixed.
In a shaker with ice, combine the Baroda Bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake briskly for five to six seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice slowly.
Slowly pour the Syrah over the top to float.
