1.5 oz. Round Barn Red Sky Rum
3 oz. pineapple juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
2-3 mint leaves
1 lime wedge
Sprite
1. Muddle mint and lime wedge in collins glass.
2. Stir Red Sky Rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and add ice.
3. Top with sprite and garnish with mint.
