1½ oz. Round Barn Red Sky Rum
¾ oz. pear nectar
¼ oz. spiced brown sugar simple syrup
Fill a shaker with ice.
Pour the rum, pear nectar, and the spiced brown sugar simple syrup into the shaker, and shake.
Fill a Collins glass with ice and pour the shaker ingredients into the glass.
Top with ginger ale, and garnish with a star anise.
