Spiced Pear Spritzer

Who knew pear was a winter flavor? With our rum, pear nectar, ginger ale, and star anise, this spritzer is a delightful winter sipper.


1½ oz. Round Barn Red Sky Rum
¾ oz. pear nectar
¼ oz. spiced brown sugar simple syrup
Ginger Ale
Star anise


  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Pour the rum, pear nectar, and the spiced brown sugar simple syrup into the shaker, and shake.

  3. Fill a Collins glass with ice and pour the shaker ingredients into the glass.

  4. Top with ginger ale, and garnish with a star anise.
