Mixed Berry Spritz

With a delicious combination of fresh strawberries and blueberries, this summer time spritz is the perfect backyard party cocktail by being both simple to make and refreshing to drink.

Ingredients

3 oz. of Tabor Hill Blueberry Demi-Sec
¾ oz. Round Barn 269 Gin
½ oz. simple syrup
¼ oz. lime juice
Two (2) strawberries, cut up
Eight (8) blueberries, crushed
Top with sparkling water

Directions

  1. In a wine glass or wine tumbler, add all ingredients except sparkling water.

  2. Add ice and give a stir, top with sparkling water or club soda.
