1½ oz. Round Barn Berrien Ridge Whiskey
1/4 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
Ginger beer
Ice
Lime
Mint leaves
1. Pour whiskey, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into ice-filled rock glasses.
2. Pour into a shaker, and shake.
3. Pour back into the glass, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime slice and mint.
