1½ oz. honey syrup
4 dashes of orange bitters
Top with Tabor Hill's Brut
Combine equal parts of hot water and honey until mixed well to make the honey syrup.
In a champagne flute or a wine glass, the honey syrup, and orange bitters.
Top with the brut.
