Honey Bee Mimosa

Ingredients

1½ oz. honey syrup
4 dashes of orange bitters
Top with Tabor Hill's Brut

Directions

  1. Combine equal parts of hot water and honey until mixed well to make the honey syrup.

  2. In a champagne flute or a wine glass, the honey syrup, and orange bitters.

  3. Top with the brut.
