2 oz. Round Barn Farm Market Concord
½ oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. ginger ale
1 tbs. crushed pineapple
1 maraschino cherry
1. Muddle pineapple and cherry in a shaker. Add wine and pineapple juice.
2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass.
3. Top with ginger ale and an ice cube.
4. Garnish with an additional cherry if desired.
