Autumn Harvest White Sangria

With fresh tastes of apple and warm flavors from spices, our Autumn Harvest White Sangria can be made in a large pitcher for easy serving to a group of friends.

Ingredients

1 bottle of Round Barn Weekend White Wine
1 cup apple cider
1 Granny Smith apple
1 Honeycrisp apple
1 Bartlett pear
1 bottle Tabor Hill Sparkling Demi-Sec
Fresh rosemary and cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine one bottle of white wine with the apple cider.

  2. Core and chop the apples and pear into small chunks (no need to peel), then stir.

  3. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to overnight.

  4. When ready to serve, pour individual glasses leaving 1”-2” of room in each.

  5. Top with chilled Sparkling Demi-Secs.

  6. Garnish as desired, and serve.
