Cheers to Dry (Wine) January! Celebrate this month – or any occasion – with this Agave Lime Spritz, which features our Tabor Hill’s Brut, a sparkling dry wine. Boozy and bubbly, though this can be enjoyed all year long, we recommend saving this cocktail for the dog days of summer.
Ingredients
½ oz. agave nectar Four dashes of lime bitters A bottle of Tabor Hill's Brut Soda water
Directions
In a Collins glass, add agave nectar and lime bitters.
Add a splash of soda to mix, then top with ice.
Fill the remaining glass with a mix of Brut and soda.
