Position Type: Part Time
Salary: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Hours Per Week: 20 to 35 hours - Weekends required
Requirement: Must be 18 years of age; Previous bartending experience strongly preferred

We have a great team that makes this possible, but we need a Bartender at Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant to help us take our service to the next level. We need someone who is passionate about the industry and is ready to step into a fast-paced team.

Now that we have your interest peaked, here’s what you can expect on the job:
Ability to read and understand drink recipes to mix cocktails
Take beverage and food orders and deliver items in a timely manner
Perform opening and closing side work as directed by managers
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
Be a constant presence on the floor and maintain positive customer engagement
Ongoing working knowledge of the POS system
Responsible for knowing all food and drink menus to adequately discuss with customers
Responsible for knowing and understanding all daily and weekly specials
Continuing craft beer, wine, and spirits education
Ability to quickly learn company history, extensive product knowledge, and selling techniques
Collaborate with co-workers and demonstrate flexibility to meet changing needs
Other duties as assigned
