• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude

• Must be reliable - the ability to show up to work on time and when scheduled

• Greets guests in a friendly and inviting manner

• Knowledge of menu/spirits/beer/wine

• Knowledge of rules and regulations for alcohol service

• Engage guests while showing them to their seats

• Advises guests of current specials, new menu items, and promotions

• Coordinate/maintain the reservations, seating chart, and availability of tables

• Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

• Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate
