1½ oz. Round Barn DiVine Vodka
1 oz. pear nectar
¾ oz. elderflower simple syrup
Sparkling water
Elderflower Simple Syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
½ cup dried or whole elderflowers
Add DiVine Vodka, elderflower simple syrup, and pear nectar into a Collins glass and combine.
Add ice to the glass, then top it with sparkling water.
Combine with a bar spoon by stirring/plunging once or twice.
Simple Syrup Directions
Combine in a saucepan until all sugar has dissolved.
Strain out flowers and let the syrup cool.
