How much does it cost to join Vineyard Premier?
The annual membership fee is just $99. Membership will auto-renew on your anniversary sign-up date.
What states can you ship club shipments to?
State laws restrict us or prevent us from shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. By law, we are only able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states listed below. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot and do not ship to PO Boxes, and an adult signature is required when delivered. Why does someone over the age of 21 have to sign for delivery?
It is required by law that someone over the age of 21 sign to receive the wine, since wine is a controlled alcoholic beverage.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership is good for one year, and will auto-renew on your anniversary sign-up date.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
If you purchase three (3) or more bottles, you will receive free shipping. If you purchase less than three (3) bottles, you will be charged standard shipping cost, which will be viewable at checkout.
I have been charged for my club shipment, when will I receive it?
Your card will be charged the day your wine ships out to you. Once your wine is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Will I receive a tracking notification?
You will receive a tracking notification via email once the wine delivery is en route with the local carrier in your area.
How do I cancel my club membership?
This a non-refundable membership. If you would cancel your Vineyard Premier membership, please email us at email@example.com, so you will not be renewed on your anniversary sign-up date.
What happens if my club shipment is sent back to the winery?
If the wine is returned to the winery, we can reship the order for a $15 fee. We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order.
What if I end up with a corked or damaged bottle?
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will ship you a new bottle. We stand behind our products 110%.
Can I pick up my club shipment at the winery?
Guests can pick up their wine orders from the Round Barn Tasting Room location in Union Pier.
Can I share my member benefits with friends and family in my absence?
Member benefits and discounts are not transferable and do not combine with non-member specials or promotions (you're already getting the best price). Benefits are limited to the card member + their significant other.
