UPS requires the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery for all packages containing alcohol. That’s why we highly recommend shipping to a workplace. After 3 delivery attempts, your product will be returned to us and your credit card will be charged for reverse shipping expenses.
We process orders the same day if ordered before 1pm (EST). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Standard delivery can take up to five business days depending on your location.

Yes! We always email you a tracking number. Be sure to use your most current email address. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within one business day following your order.

Trust us, we’d love it if you could! The quick answer is that shipping laws do not allow us to do so.
Orders ship the day you place your order if you order by 1pm (EST). Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Once your order has left our tasting room, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, once your order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number and you can contact UPS directly to see if they can redirect your shipment. UPS will attempt to deliver your wine three times before shipping it back to us. After that, your credit card will be charged for reverse shipping.
There are 12 bottles in a case. Any orders of 12 bottles or more qualify for free shipping!
