Under the supervision of the Repairs & Maintenance Manager, assist in all building/maintenance projects and follow very strict safety and compliance guidelines.

• Attend regular meetings with the Repairs & Maintenance Manager to ensure knowledge of all current projects and assignments
• Assist in maintaining and repairing all retail, restaurant, administrative, and storage facilities
• Adhere to strict policies regarding workplace safety while upholding standards set by management and local, state, and federal regulations
• Ensure use of protective equipment for self whenever necessary or appropriate (mandated by OSHA guidelines); safety must always be top-of-mind
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and carry out tasks correctly and efficiently the first time
• Must be able to take direction and stay on task without constant supervision
• Communicate with the Repairs & Maintenance Manager to ensure all equipment and supplies necessary for projects are available and in proper working condition
• Must be able to shift direction quickly as priorities are re-aligned and projects change
• Work well in a close-knit, team atmosphere
• Able to think on your feet and be able to handle a variety of different tasks
• Responsible for following all Standard Operating Procedures for the department
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to any/all company properties; MUST have a current and valid driver's license
• Other duties as assigned

Travel: No overnight travel is expected. Will be required to travel to other company properties.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Sometimes more than 40 hours per week will be required; some weekends may be required

Required Education and Experience: Must be 21 years of age; High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
